French With Anjan is operated by Anjan EdTech Private Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or making a payment on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• • You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure.
• • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• • To limit unauthorized sharing, access is restricted to a maximum of one mobile and one desktop device per student.
• • Minors should use the platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

On successful payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the purchased course content for the access period stated on the course. All content is digital and delivered online — see our Shipping Policy. Bundle purchases (e.g. TCF / TEF) grant access to every level included in that bundle.

• • Indian students are billed in INR via Razorpay. International students are billed via Stripe, with the amount presented in their local currency where supported.
• • We do not store your full card details. All payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.
• • Prices may change from time to time, but changes do not affect courses you have already purchased.
• • Applicable taxes (such as GST) may be added as required by law.

Eligible refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited within 5–8 working days to the original card or account used for payment.

• • All videos, notes, quizzes, and materials are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by law.
• • Video content is DRM-protected. Downloading, screen-recording, reselling, or redistributing any content is strictly prohibited.
• • Sharing your account or login credentials may result in suspension without refund.

The platform and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee specific exam results or uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Company's registered office is located.
