• • To process payments and manage your enrollment.
• • To power the AI Tutor with context about your current course and level.
• • To send important updates about your courses, schedule changes, and account.
• • To improve our platform and develop new features.

All video content on our platform is protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) technology. This prevents unauthorized downloading, screen recording, or redistribution of course content. Your viewing sessions are encrypted and content is streamed securely.

We use the following trusted third-party services:

• • Stripe — Payment processing for international (CAD and other currencies) transactions.
• • Razorpay — Payment processing for INR transactions.
• • OpenAI — Powers our AI Tutor chatbot. Chat messages are processed but not stored by OpenAI.
• • Zoom / Google Meet — Live class sessions conducted by instructors.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Course progress and chat history are retained for 12 months after your last login. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@frenchwithanjan.com.
