7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase for all one-time course purchases (Single Course and All-Access Bundle). If you're not satisfied with the quality of our courses, simply contact our support team and we'll process your refund â no questions asked.
Eligibility
- âĸ Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- âĸ The student must not have completed more than 30% of the course lectures.
- âĸ Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Stripe or Razorpay).
- âĸ All eligible refunds are credited within 5â8 working days, returned to the original card or account used for the payment. The exact time to reflect in your statement depends on your card issuer / bank.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. Partial month refunds are not available. To cancel, visit your Dashboard or contact support.
EMI / Installment Payments
For EMI purchases (via Stripe Installments, Affirm, Sezzle, or Razorpay EMI), refund eligibility follows the same 7-day policy. If approved, remaining installments will be cancelled and any paid installments will be refunded.
Non-Refundable Items
- âĸ Courses where more than 30% of lectures have been watched.
- âĸ Requests made after the 7-day window.
- âĸ Completion certificates that have already been issued.
